The swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, providing a refreshing escape from the Tenerife heat. We also appreciated the helpful staff at reception, who were always available to answer our questions and assist with any issues. the location of the hotel was ideal, with shops and the beach within easy walking distance. Being in close proximity to these amenities made our weekend more enjoyable and convenient.

There were several aspects of our experience that left much to be desired. there were several maintenance issues in our apartment, such as broken glass on the entrance frame and a kettle full of limescale.

Rooms are warm and there were comfy beds. Its location is peaceful and great, 10 minutes drive from a big wildlife park.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including an electric kettle and cookware. The pool area was super impressive and the staff at the reception were so helpful. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and the lift made it easy to get around. We also loved that there were so many activities available like hiking, fishing, diving, and even wind surfing. And the fact that there was a golf course and tennis court nearby was just jaw-dropping! The aqua park was a hit with the kids and the poolside snack bar and restaurant were very convenient. The sun loungers were comfortable and the game room kept us entertained. The availability of cots and wheelchair access was great, and the outdoor swimming pool, as well as the heated swimming pool, were fantastic. We appreciated that there were no pets allowed and the 24-hour reception made everything so convenient. our stay here was absolutely amazing!

I always come back to this place because it has everything I need: Off-site car park, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Flat-screen TV, Lift. The staff even helped me with currency tips at my first stay. Can't wait to return this weekend!
